Shadow Weapons

So in the past 2 memes I called out the BS with Mario using guns and people having no reaction while people did with Shadow and still justify it to this day. A few things need to be addressed about this. For the full list and description of weapons, see here. sonic.wikia.com/wiki/Weapons_i…

1. Nowhere is it said or written that cartoon characters AREN'T allowed or it's unfitting for them to use weapons. It was unfitting when most of them were more childish and innocent like Micky Mouse, however, cartoon had evolved far beyond that point.

2. Before Shadow, there was a game where "cartoon" character used real weapons, Conker's Bad Fur Day, and it's one of the most acclaimed game son the N64. Don't use talking point like "comedy" or whatever to justify it with Conker, it fits the "cartoon" description way more then Shadow does and the same thing still happened regardless. You can't even say Conker was always like that because he starred in 2 kids games for that.

3. Stop applying false or any cartoon logic on video games, it serves no purpose other then to push a false memory of cartoons and how they grew since the 50's.

4. The only people who use to get mad about any kind of maturity or violence in cartoons were moral guardian parents who couldn't be assed to actually teach their kids and went out of their way try and take anything down that they didn't like. The best example is the first TMNT, where parents though that them using real weapons was too violent so they were censored in the next movie by using mostly prop during fights.

5. The most ignorant part is that this is no different then the 20 year war on video games, where people try to vilify video game for having guns and trying to blame them for school shootings.  www.youtube.com/watch?v=5zXLuX…

6. Going back to Mario, people try to justify him using lazer guns when, guns were not used at all in past Mario games, or even advanced technology of any kind, but I guess Kingdom Battles being a spin-off automatically justifies that.

7. Before someone bring this up, I'm aware the same thing is going on with the custom characters in Forces. It should be points out they've been emasculated by being called "Wipsons", the name is too retarded, and only works with Wisp, and shouldn't even be a talking point because of this.

8. Recently learning that when you say something that doesn't click with the crowd, they actually feel they need to go into full detail about the difference between certain content and acting like you have no idea about a well known video game series. In this case, people telling me the difference between lazers and real bullets, and assuming I don't know WHO THE FUCK MEGAMAN is.

When it comes down to it, there is nothing out there that says cartoons are not allowed or can't use real weapons, yet people actually think this is a valid excuse to bash Shadow for when we saw real guns and bullets 3 game prior, regardless if Sonic characters had used them or not, which again, is not a valid argument in complaining about them being used.
