Basically, every single character in Sonic has a problem! All of them! They are never perfectly balanced; they have their cliches; MOST are ever Gary-Stu/Mary-Sues to other fans. So it's not like the character are perfect in any way shape or form. But I WILL say they are fun characters for who they are, and although they are never balanced correctly in the same media: In GENERAL for the franchise their having BOTH ups and down, flaws and attributes actually make them more balanced in general. Amy's Kindness

Edit: Reuploaded Ain't it Funny how that works? Amy is actually a pretty nice character amidst all the hate she gets. I know that she is rather excitable, loud, and bratty, but those are only a PART of her character: she has enough good traits to balance it out. Amy is very kind and compassionate and a little insightful. I don't want to go into an entire list of all of her good traits of course, becasue I really don't need to and doing so would only make her look like a Mary Sue.
